Somehow, I seem to have missed out on this gem by our friend J.A. Tucker of St. Cecilia Schola Cantorum. Jeffrey penned this article, entitled The Hidden Hand Behind Bad Catholic Music, which appeared in the January 2002 issue of Crisis Magazine.

Although OCP has since begun offering chant as part of its repertoire, the essence of the argument still stands.
